Danielle Lederman is an associate at Fogelman & Fogelman. She practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff-side employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lederman worked as the Director of Legal Services and the Director of the Domestic Workers Law and Policy Clinic at the Brazilian Immigrant Center in Boston. In this capacity, she coordinated legal services in various areas encompassing employment, business, discrimination, immigration, and criminal matters. During that time, she also provided direct representation to clients with labor and employment law claims, including but not limited to wage and hour, discrimination, and unemployment benefits.
Ms. Lederman has clerked for the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and also served as law fellow for Northeastern University School of Law’s Community Business Clinic, providing small businesses and entrepreneurs with free transactional legal services.
Ms. Lederman obtained her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in chemistry from the University of Florida.
As a law student, Ms. Lederman was senior staff on the Northeastern University Law Journal, competed in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Moot Court, and participated in a legal clinic which provided criminal defense representation to indigent clients. She also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, a large international financial institution, and a mid-sized civil law firm in Boston.
Ms. Lederman is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. She is an active member in the Boston Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA).
